Dandiya Night

HHPS organised "Dandiya Night” a fun and buoyant celebration, on 1st October 2022, a harbinger of festivities, in the school premises.
A cultural evening of Dandiya Raas and Garba generated immense fun and frolic. Blossoming buds of Grades 4 & 7 in pursuit of a refreshing break from their hectic daily schedule, decked up in traditional vivid attires added to the festive mood. The dance floor was moist and the lights were gleamed spreading luminescence around,the picturesque campus was adorned,and the sound was reverberating.
After the Aarti, the riveting and scintillating dance performances of the participants earned a thunderous applause. The guests rejoiced the adorable endeavour of these students. It was a beautiful moment that unified their emotions and felicity at the same time. The atmosphere turned overwhelming and gratifying.
The participants along with the teachers all danced on the beats and tune of 'Dandiya' very devotedly with their heart out creating a vibrant and exuberant show. It seemed as if the raucous music had cast musical spell on everyone.
The event culminated with the traditional scrumptious food which was enjoyed by everyone.
It was the evening with an absolute sense of freedom and exaltation.
The event was well organised and evolved as a roaring success.

Janmashtami CELEBRATION

Janmashtami Celebration of middle wing class VI to VIII

Students of Happy Home Public School celebrated the birth of the Hindu deity Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu, in the school campus on 18August 2022, Thursday.

Students of middle wing enthusiastically participated in the Jhula making activity and the classical dance competition, on the rhythm of Radha Krishna songs and were beautifully dressed up as Krishna and Radha.. The school was well decorated for the celebration. A puja was performed by the staff and children of the school. Fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor filled the air.

Janmashtami CELEBRATION

Janmashtami is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Krishna, one of the most powerful and famous reincarnations of Lord Vishnu.
In order to seek the blessings of Lord Krishna, Happy Home Public School celebrated Janmashtami with mirth and joy . The fragrance of flowers filled the air. The premise was decorated beautifully and the spirit of festivity was enhanced with Jhankis depicting life history of Lord Krishna. The celebration that followed was truly entertaining and educating. Tiny tots of class III attired as lord Krishna and Radha, enthralled one and all with their performance. Students of class IV decorated beautiful matki's and students of class V decorated mukuts. The purpose of the flamboyant celebration was to inculcate value of sharing and respect in the students. Krishna with the peacock wing at the top made hearts of tiny tots beating with joy and ecstasy. Later, children danced to enchanting songs of Krishna. The idol of Lord Krishna was worshipped by everyone with prodigious devotion.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

International Yoga Day is observed every year on June 21 to raise awareness about physical, mental and spiritual well being. It plays an important role in relaxing the mind and body and boosting the immune system. Yoga encourages people to remain active and have a balanced state of mind. We at Happy Home Public School also celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. The students gathered in the premises to spread the awareness by depicting different asana and also exhibited different yoga postures. The DAY’ was celebrated zestfully.

DIWALI CELEBRATION

To make the students understand the importance of Diwali and the significance of victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair, Happy Home Public School celebrated the festival on 2nd November, 2021. A virtual work shop on art & craft work was organized by the school where students of classes VI- VIII learnt & made Table Top Rangoli, Ganesh Hanging & Rectangular Lantern to decorate their houses.

INDEPENDENCE DAY

The Independence Day of India, which is celebrated religiously throughout the Country on the 15th of August every year, holds tremendous ground in the list of national days, It is celebrated all over India with great patriotism and pride. In the bright and sunny Friday morning of 13 August, 2021 HAPPY HOME PUBLIC SCHOOL celebrated the day with great enthusiasm, where students gave live virtual performances and also participated in the craft activities enthusiastically . The majestic tri-color National Flag was unfurled keeping up the spirits of this important national day. The meeting ended with a feel of fulfillment, while the tri-color was fluttering majestically in the unusual flow of wind.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, this year's "INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY" was celebrated by the parents, students, teachers of HAPPY HOME PUBLIC SCHOOL on digital media platform on the theme "FEEL THE POWER OF YOGA WITH FAMILY". To spread awareness about the importance and effects of yoga on the health of people, students of standard VI to X had participated virtually and celebrated the day with vigor and enthusiasm.

At 8.40 am students joined the celebration virtually where different yoga postures like Vrikshasana, Uttaanaasana, Trikonaasana, Bhadrasana, Shashankaasana, Bhujangasana, Pawana Muktaasana, Pranayama were performed by the students. The day was celebrated on 21st June 2021 to bring peace, harmony, happiness and success to every soul in the world. This was a great opportunity to imbibe the value of discipline.

VAN MAHOTSAV

Van Mahotsav Celebration

Our school celebrated Van Mahotsav week from 1st July to 7th July, 2022 in the school campus. The celebration was an ideal opportunity to instill the value of social responsibility in the students towards safeguarding trees and forests. All the Students took pledge to keep the surroundings neat and green.
The students of classes VI- X participated in different activities like plantation programme where different types of medicinal plants like Neem, Aloe Vera, Basil e.t.c. were planted by the students. Students also participated in poster making, slogan writing and collage making activities to promote environmental awareness on the topic ‘GREEN EARTH, CLEAN EARTH’. A special assembly was also conducted where students presented speech, poem and recited song to spread awareness to safe guard our environment and preventing further desertification of the mother earth so as to create a world that is pure and safe, free from any danger.
